What is freshman and junior?

A freshman is a first-year student in high school or college/university. They are typically around 14-15 years old and adjusting to the new academic and social environment. Freshmen may feel overwhelmed and nervous about their first year, but with support and guidance, they can thrive and succeed academically and socially.

A junior, on the other hand, is a third-year student in high school or college/university. They are typically around 16-17 years old and are more experienced and comfortable with the academic and social environment. Juniors are often preparing for important standardized tests like the SAT or ACT, as well as exploring colleges and potential careers. They may also take on leadership roles in clubs or sports teams and begin to think about their future goals and aspirations.
